Private Shopping Appointment
Please review the following private shopping rules carefully before making your booking:
- 1 hour sessions require a $50 deposit.
- Deposits are refundable only if you cancel your appointment with 48 hours' notice.
- If you cancel within 24 hours, a 50% refund of your deposit is available, but deposits are nonrefundable for cancellations within 24 hours.
- All deposits will be applied to the final order total. For example, if your order total is $120 for your 1 hour appointment with a $50 deposit, you will only need to pay the $70 difference.
- If your purchase falls below the minimum order requirement, the difference will not be refundable. For instance, if your order total is $35 for your 1 hour appointment, the $15 difference for the $50 deposit will not be refunded.
- After your appointment concludes, no changes or removal of items from your order will be possible.
- Payments are due within 24 hours after receiving the invoice.
- For those interested in longer sessions, you can add additional hour increments, with each requiring a $50 deposit.
When booking, please provide three available time slots during checkout or contact me at luckymooncrystalbar@gmail.com with the subject line "PRIVATE SHOPPING." I will confirm your appointment time and inquire about any specific materials you'd like to explore.

We are here to support you throughout your order and make sure your piece is delivered to you at your desired time. We provide fulfilment updates, share tracking information and get in touch with you if there's anything to inform you.
International shipping
We do not currently offer International shipping. Please check back in the future.
